7 World-Renowned Architects

The apartment sits within the complex in Banovo Brdo known as “7 world architects design in Belgrade” — one of the most ambitious residential projects in Serbia of the early 2000s. The idea was for seven internationally recognised architects to each design one building within the same complex, so that Belgrade would gain a kind of exhibition of contemporary world architecture, in which every building carries its author’s signature while all of them together form a coherent whole.

Each building in the complex has a different character — the aim was never for them to look alike, but for each to carry its author’s signature, with particular attention paid to natural light, terraces, greenery and quality of living. The interior continues in that spirit: warm wood tones, brass details and carefully considered lighting bring elegance together with the comfort of everyday life.
